Bakehouse 15 is a home based bakery, providing a huge range of hand made sweet and savoury products, for any occasion. We create all of our recipes from scratch, and have full confidence that all or our products are as tasty as they look.
Bakehouse 15 strives to maintain high standards across all products. To do so, we use high quality ingredients and locally sourced produce where possible.

Bakehouse 15 was founded in 2020 by Anna, a then 19 year old self taught baker with a passion for creation and a love of cake! (Who doesn't!)
Since starting in 2020, Bakehouse 15 has grown from providing simple celebration cakes, to suppling other local business with handmade cakes, pies and scones, hosting sell out pop up events and attending local markets and events - and we’re only just getting started!
Bakehouse 15 is registered with Gateshead Council Environmental Health under trading name 'Bakehouse 15'. All of our staff hold appropriate Food Hygiene and Safety qualifications and our business is fully insured.
